Spices and Powder Products Filling and Packaging Machine

The packaging material is connected to the machine as a roll, the machine wraps the packaging on the collar pipe and turns it into a bag.
• Our company has manufactured vertical packaging packaging machine.
• Pneumatic stroke is used in the vertical jaw and the film pulling mechanism rotates the desired amount of bag length with a motorized speed-controlled system.
• Horizontal jaws open-close cam system is used.
• Bag sizes drawn by the machine
• Width: Min: 80 mm - 300 mm Length: Min: 60 mm - 280 mm
• Bag size adjustment is photocell controlled.• Coil (Packaging) right-left adjustment is provided by an automatic sensor controlled motor.
• Touch screen and PLC electronic control circuit will be used in the machine. Bag size adjustment, photocell control, temperature, filling timing etc. will be used. All commands and settings are made from the touch screen of the PLC system with the touch keys, providing ease of operation.
